2020 Demonstration Schedule
Watch our UCCE Master Food Preserver volunteers demonstrate seasonal specialties while explaining the basic food preservation techniques used. NEW for 2020: Make & Take hands-on workshops; limited class size; pre-registration required. All other classes: $5 materials fee; payable at the door and no reservation needed.
