Wednesday Evenings

Watch our UCCE Master Food Preserver volunteers demonstrate seasonal specialties while explaining the basic food preservation techniques used. NEW for 2020: Make & Take hands-on workshops; limited class size; pre-registration required. All other classes: $5 materials fee; payable at the door and no reservation needed.

6:30 - 8:30 PM

Saturday Mornings

Our FREE Saturday morning skills classes are great for beginners to learn the basics, but are also excellent for veteran preservers to update their knowledge and get questions answered by our experts. No reservation needed.

9 AM - 12 NOON
