Our demonstrations are held at the UC Cooperative Extension office at 4145 Branch Center Road in Sacramento. (See a map to the UCCE office here.) Come anytime you like - no reservations are necessary.

Wednesday Themed Demonstrations
6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Bring a friend and come see our Master Food Preserver volunteers demonstrate seasonal specialties. There is a $5.00 materials fee for Wednesday classes, payable at the door, and no reservations are necessary.

Saturday Skills Demonstrations
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Our FREE Saturday skills classes are great for beginners to learn the basics, but are also excellent for veteran preservers to update their knowledge and get questions answered by our experts. No reservations are necessary.
