Join us for another fun-filled evening of making two soft cheeses--queso blanco and mozzarella. This is an in-person, hands-on workshop.

Registration includes: ingredients, resource material and use of UCCE Master Food Preserver equipment. You will go home with a cheese making basket and recipe booklet and the cheese you made in class.

Registration may include 1 guest.
