Join us for another fun-filled evening of making two soft cheeses.

Registration includes: ingredients, resource material and use of UCCE Master Food Preserver equipment. You will go home with a cheese making basket and recipe booklet and the cheese you made in class.

This is an in-person, hands-on workshop.

When: Friday, June 30, 5 till 9 PM

Fee: $45 for up to two people
