Ramp up flavors and energize your cooking with Italian favorites like pizza sauce and bruschetta in a jar and Mexican influenced salsas. Add a Danish Cherry Sauce to your dessert dishes and give your chicken dinner an Indian flair with Tamarind Chutney. Tour Europe via mustards with an Octoberfest beer mustard and a French Dijon mustard. Explore the taste of Asia with candied kumquats from Vietnam and a simple – but flavorful – Thai Hot and Sweet Dipping sauce. Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers as they use many of these recipes to demonstrate multiple food preservation processes.
