Join us for another food preservation virtual journey.
It’s Spring in California! Join the UC Master Food Preservers of Sacramento County for an interactive class full of ideas for preserving various foods.
- Pickled asparagus that have amazing flavor
- Fun corn relish that you may make with fresh or frozen corn
- Fruit Chutney and how easy it really is, we promise
- See both boiling water bath canning and steam canning practices
We will begin our evening with our fun group make-along session, creating a refrigerator pickle. If you’d like to participate in the make-along pickling activity, you’ll receive the instructions and supply list when you register.
